Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy defines lawful and respectful use of Monovision. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
Violent, abusive, exploitative, or hateful imagery.
Sexually explicit imagery, especially where consent or age cannot be verified.
Unauthorised imagery of private spaces or individuals.
Impersonation or unauthorised account access.
Attempts to overload the service, automate abuse, or probe for vulnerabilities.
Content that infringes third-party rights (trade marks, copyright, publicity).

3. AI outputs

Generated images are probabilistic and do not constitute structural or legal commitments. Do not misrepresent outputs as unaltered photographs of real spaces without disclosure.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts for violations and may notify authorities where appropriate.
