This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you use the Monovision App and this marketing website. We may update it as the product evolves and will notify you of material changes.
2. Data we process
- Account: email, display name (if any), and technical identifiers from authentication providers.
- Content: room photos you upload and generated images.
- Usage: diagnostics, device/OS version, approximate language or region — for reliability and security.
- Payments: transaction summaries; payment instruments are handled by Apple/Google — we do not store full card numbers.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Provide the service and perform our contract with you.
- Security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection.
- Legal compliance.
- Legitimate interests in analytics and quality improvement (preferring aggregated data where feasible).
4. Artificial intelligence processing
Your photos are transmitted securely together with style and intensity settings to AI models to produce visuals. Processing may involve contracted infrastructure providers. Outputs may be retained for a limited period for quality and safety; practices align with in-product notices where applicable.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted processors for hosting, authentication, payments, and analytics, acting on our instructions or as required by law.
6. Retention
We retain data as long as necessary for the purposes above and statutory limitation periods. If you delete your account, we aim to delete or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention exceptions.
7. Your rights

8. Children
The service is not directed at collecting data from children. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it.
9. International transfers
Servers and subprocessors may be located outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
