Terms of Service
1. Parties and acceptance
These Terms govern your use of the Monovision App and related web surfaces. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Nature of the service
Monovision uses artificial intelligence to generate interior visuals from photos you upload. Outputs are probabilistic and do not replace professional architectural or interior-design advice, structural assessments, or on-site measurements.
3. Account and eligibility
You agree to provide accurate account information where required. Certain features may require sign-in or verification. Age restrictions may apply under local law.
4. Your content and licence
You retain rights to content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, transferable licence (including sublicensing where needed) limited to:
- operating and improving the service,
- safety, abuse prevention, and fraud detection,
- compliance with legal obligations.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for any content you submit and for any public sharing or promotion you undertake.
5. Acceptable use
You must not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, exploitative, or violent imagery or instructions. You must not compromise platform security, reverse engineer the App, or automate abusive load. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Credits, purchases, and subscriptions
Some features may be offered via in-app credits or bundles. Pricing and billing follow Apple App Store or Google Play policies. Consumable credits may not be refundable subject to store rules. Where there is a technical fault, you may retry within a reasonable period or contact support.
7. Intellectual property
The App, branding, designs, and software are owned by Monovision or its licensors. These Terms grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App as offered.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. We disclaim warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (if any).
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach. Provisions that should survive termination (e.g., liability limits, dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms and will provide reasonable notice for material changes (for example via in-app notice or an updated “Last updated” date). Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance.
12. Governing law and contact
Mandatory consumer protections in your country remain unaffected where applicable. Contact: support@monovision.app — legal entity name and registered address will be published here when finalised.
