Account & data deletion
This page explains how your account and personal data are deleted, including for Google Play policy requirements.
In the app: Open Monovision → Account, scroll to Delete account, confirm the warning. The server completes deletion and signs you out.
By email: Use the process below if you cannot access the app or need manual verification.
1. How to request deletion (email)
Send an email from the address registered on your Monovision account to:

For security we only accept requests from your account email. If you sign in with Apple or Google, use the email shown on the in-app Account screen (linked to your Supabase identity).
2. When it is processed
After we verify your request, your account and the data described below are permanently deleted or anonymised as soon as practicable — typically within 30 days. Complex or legally required reviews may extend the timeline; we will inform you if that happens.
3. Data that is deleted
When your account is deleted, we also remove or anonymise linked data where technically tied to your user ID, including:
- Authentication account and session data
- Profile fields such as display name
- App data related to room photos and generated renders (job records, storage objects)
- Credit balance and related account-level ledger data
- Notification preferences and device push token records
4. Data that may be retained
Limited records may be kept where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or other legal obligations (for example anonymised aggregates or billing evidence for the statutory period). Store purchases are subject to Apple App Store and Google Play rules only.
